From Criticism to Kindness by Donna Martini – Oyster Bay, NY

Sandy Feet

Instead of criticizing others for needing to escape to the beach or park, I say we meditate on and pray daily for what we each need to remain balanced and healthy.

I assume I don’t know what that means for you, and neither does anyone in our government. I am in total agreement, though, about how our bodies were created and meant to synchronize, harmonize, and commune with nature.

Not to be uncivil, but I am realizing that the same experts who are telling us what to do with ourselves are the people who could not stop the virus in the first place. They are the ones who cannot come up with a surefire way to treat it or cure it, either, other than isolation and vaccination… both of which are wholly unnatural and uninventive, considering how much has been uncovered about our minds and biomes since 1918.

Truth be told, we are miraculous, self-healing, restorative machines and because I know this, I earnestly pray for our medical professionals to start thinking out of their pillbox. In the meantime, when it comes to my health and well-being, I listen to them but rely on my own Soul’s voice to tell me what is safe—what to do and when and where to do it. Don’t get me wrong, I am listening, and I won’t disobey laws, but I question what is not making sense.

We, in our human skin, are new, only partially trained, and very fallible. Our ethereal voice, however, is ancient, wise, and in my case, has never failed me. It is tapped into All There Is in existence—an indescribable collective consciousness and higher knowing, which I call God but you can call whatever you want. Truthfully, it doesn’t matter whether we recognize, categorize, or utilize this omnipotent force because it is still working on our behalf, irrespective of our lack of understanding.

And, right now, we would all do “well” to start relying upon it. Because, if we were all tapping into our Souls instead of listening to or voicing our very pedestrian, humanego opinions about what we should be afraid of, we wouldn’t be afraid of anything. We would be working together instead of berating one another. We would be open to receiving wisdom on a download, which would show us remarkable and natural ways to prevent, treat, and heal. We would feel meditative, peaceful, and reflective about our future, and more importantly, we would feel free from guilt about our instinctual call to nature. It is quite probable we would be standing barefoot in the sand and dirt absorbing the negative ions and healing energy our earth offers while enjoying each other’s company, even if we were six feet apart.
