What We Feel, We Foretell
by Donna Martini – Oyster Bay, NY

Many people do not realize the state of mind, body, and emotions they are in today is dictating the circumstances and people they will encounter tomorrow.

Science says our emotions construct our future; they are forming matter as we move through time. They say we are just a bunch of molecules walking into more molecules that are taking shape because of what we are projecting into the surrounding field of energy.

If this is true (and it is), we cannot help but walk into a future we are emotionally and mentally preparing for. Our situations will not adjust themselves until we adjust our minds, our hearts, and our bodies.

It might seem too simplistic to believe we can easily change our future life episodes by altering thoughts and feelings in a current moment. Understand this, though; our part is simple because the force that created us did the difficult part!

The field, emotional energy, and our innate ability to form matter are complicated, far beyond human comprehension, and so is everything about this universe. So is the way our brain functions and how our heart beats without us telling them what to do. So is gravity, and the moon and the ocean and its currents and tides. So is a tree and flower, and their perennial need to sleep and bloom. And so is the fact that so many humans are born without ever realizing their gifts or true purpose for being here.

We have yet to find all the answers to our existence, but we still exist. There is no reason to doubt there is more to us, more to our magnificence, and more to our human story. Now is our chance to either write it beautifully or allow it to unfold haphazardly. Can we decide to resolve hatred and resentment for someone or something or at least convert it into love and compassion for something or someone else? Can we find tolerance, abundance, and peace amid our fear, lack, and doubt? Will we make our world better or contribute to what makes it worse?

There is no need to wait for more evidence to prove our power and potential. We are, at this point in our timeline, as creative as we will ever be. Let’s choose beauty today and let that reign over all our tomorrows.
